The Lorain County Urban League, Inc. (LCUL) held our 3rd Annual O.S.S.C.A.R. (Outstanding Social Service Community Awards Recognition) Dinner Gala Awards Ceremony, “A Red Carpet Extravaganza” on June 23, 2007 from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. at the Spitzer Center of Lorain County Community College. This event was held to spotlight individuals in the community who have made a difference in the lives of the residents of Lorain County.
